1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Register

To successfully register with DBH88, the following requirements must be met:

• The registrant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only open one account – multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• A strong password must be used to secure your account and must not be shared with anyone.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after registration. A photo of your National ID card or passport is required.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.

DBH88 may request KYC verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within 72 hours of the request, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, DBH88 may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

5 Gaming Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, DBH88 will refund the bet for that round.
• DBH88 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection failures.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled at any time before a match starts, but cancellation is not possible once the match has begun.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DBH88. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.

• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Submitting fraudulent payment proof or false documents.

7 Account Suspension

DBH88 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, provided no rule violations have occurred.

8 Responsible Gaming
